Hi! We're Lauren and Adam, the husband and wife team behind Inspired Interiors.

At Inspired Interiors, we believe a beautiful home should feel effortless—inviting, functional, and tailored to real life. We combine inspired design with practical know‑how to help Milwaukee homeowners transform their spaces without the overwhelm. For us, design is as much about creating trust and partnership as it is about finishes and floorplans. Basically, we help you achieve your dream space without pulling your hair out.

Lauren is the creative heart and project‑driving force behind Inspired Interiors. After 15 years as a high school teacher, she brought her natural eye for design and years of hands‑on renovation experience into the professional world. What sets her apart isn’t just her knack for designing stylish, livable spaces—it’s her gift for project management. Turns out that managing classrooms full of Freshman is excellent training for managing contractors, deliveries, and the myriad design details that go into any renovation project. She thrives in the details, keeping everything on track while keeping clients at ease. Lauren's honest, genuine style endears her to clients and makes for a collaborative experience that quickly turns clients into friends.

Adam brings two decades of construction and real estate experience to the partnership, serving in a consultative role on technical details and budgets. His expertise ensures every design has a practical gameplan and that the financial decisions make sense for the client and their property.

We moved to Milwaukee in 2017, and were drawn here by the city’s historic architecture, easygoing character, and the unique mix of big‑city energy with small‑town warmth. We live in Wauwatosa with our two young children and our German Wirehaired Pointer. We love taking part in the plethora of neighborhood festivals throughout the year, exploring new restaurants when we get a chance to have a date night, and raising our kids in this wonderful community. We also like to spend some time at our home away from home on Lake Minocqua in Northern Wisconsin, and look forward to an escape to somewhere warm each winter. Over the years, we've been inspired by so many different places, styles and experiences. We love creating spaces that people love, that they often didn't know they could achieve, and that will continue to enhance their lives for years to come.
